There seems to be great confusion over these two rules. Many people get them mixed up and think they are related to each other. They are two completely separate rules!

Learn how each one works and learn strategies for working with each one.

Join Carol Ann Wilson as she interviews attorney Barbara Stark, who is the expert in teaching us how to work with these rules and finding solutions for our clients.
